THE AFTERMATH

So what does one do after one cleans a studio?

You sketch and run out to the nearest junk/flea market and buy more "stuff"!!!!!

" My studio begins at the art supply store. I Imagine all the paintings trapped inside those tubes of paint." - John Ferrie

I could not resist the book . A world atlas from 1937 in beautiful condition. I've been trying to find the town where my father had been born in Russia called Berdechev, near Kiev and the Polish border. Viola! It's here. Also, for those of you old enough, Alaska and Hawaii still were not part of the U.S. There are certainly many more interesting geographical differences. Love those old maps!!! Can't decide what will become of it.

The other goodies are an old stamp holder, a graining tool???????, a glove form, an old stamp and some brass letter forms.

Hmmmmmm......what now?
